Support Request
CHASS IT support requests are primarily email-based and utilize the Remedy call tracking system to ensure that requests are recieved and handled in an efficient manner. To request support, simply send an email to chass_it@ncsu.edu from your university provided email account with a detailed description in the body. For your convience, there is an Online Support Request form available at the bottom of this page.
We understand the some situations involve limited or no access to email. Should such a situation occur, we recommend that you notify your Departmental IT Liason of your issue and they will ensure that a request gets submitted on your behalf.
